Dreamland Coaching Terms and Conditions


By booking a consultation with Dreamland Coaching, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service:

1. General

  • Dreamland Coaching is a registered trademark, and "Dreamland Coaching" refers to the business and services we provide.

  • The Client agrees to adhere to safe sleep practices in accordance with SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) recommendations.

  • The Client acknowledges understanding of safety guidelines regarding co-sleeping.

  • The Client must disclose any relevant medical conditions their child has to Dreamland Coaching before consultation.

  • Information provided by Dreamland Coaching is for the Client's personal use only and may not be shared with third parties without prior written permission from Dreamland Coaching.

  • The Client acknowledges that sleep training may involve crying, and this is a natural part of the process.

2. Payment Policy

  • General Payment Terms
    Payment is required in full at the time of booking for services with Dreamland at Home. This payment secures your appointment and confirms the agreed-upon services.

  • Travel Expenses for Home Consultations
    For home visits, any applicable travel expenses will be invoiced separately. These expenses must be paid in full by the time of the scheduled consultation. If travel fees remain unpaid at the time of Caity’s arrival, the consultation will be paused until payment is made, either via bank transfer or in cash. Should the client refuse to pay the travel invoice, Caity will cancel the consultation package and refund 40% of the total consultation fee, retaining 60% to cover costs incurred.

  • Additional Support for Office/Phone-Based Appointments
    For office or phone-based appointments that require extra support beyond the main package, these additional services will be invoiced separately. Payment for these add-ons must be received before any extra support services are provided.

3. Travel

  • Travel within the designated 20 minutes travel local area is included in the package price. For travel outside this travel time, additional charges may apply—please refer to the Travel page for price breakdowns.

4. Newborn Foundations, Dreamland Essentials, Dreamland Slumber & Dreamland at Home Policy

4.1. Cancellations

  • 72 Hours+ Prior to Appointment: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Less Than 72 Hours Prior**: Cancellations within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Prior: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for any refund.

4.1. Rescheduling

  • 72hrs+ Prior to Appointment: Appointments rescheduled at least 72hrs in advance will be treated as a new appointment, with the standard cancellation policy applicable to the rescheduled time.

  • Less Than 72hrs Prior: If rescheduling occurs between 48 and 72hrs before the original appointment, any subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled appointment will only be eligible for a partial refund, even if cancelled more than 72hrs before the new appointment time.

  • Less Than 24hrs Prior: If an appointment is rescheduled within 24hrs of the scheduled time, no refund will be offered should the rescheduled appointment later be cancelled.

5. Sleep SOS Calls Policies

5.1. Missed Call Policy

  • Caity will make two attempts to contact you at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not pick up, the appointment will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

5.2. Rescheduling

  • To reschedule, you must notify Caity within 1 hour of your scheduled call time. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being forfeited.

5.3. Cancellation

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Follow-Up Support Policy

  • Follow-up support must be used within 3 months of purchasing the original plan.

  • For cancellations, any scheduled extra support must be canceled at least 24 hours before the support session begins. Once the support session has commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

  • A fair use policy applies to unlimited voice/text message support, with responses provided between 8am and 7pm.

7. Little Sleepers Workshop & 5-Day Challenge Policy

  • By booking a spot in the Little Sleepers Workshop & 5-Day Challenge, participants agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and workshop scheduling:

7.1. Booking and Cancellation

  • Participants may cancel their booking at any time. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop/challenge start date are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the workshop/challenge start date will be eligible for a full refund.

7.2. Workshop Cancellation by Organizer

  • If fewer than three (workshop) or 10 ( 5-Day Challenge) participants are confirmed 24 hours before the workshop/challenge start date , the session will be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, confirmed participants will be given the option to either transfer their booking to an alternative date or request a full refund.

  • These terms apply specifically to the Little Sleepers Workshop & 5-Day Challenge and are subject to change at the organizer's discretion.

8. Other Provisions

  • Dreamland Coaching adheres to and supports the World Health Organization (WHO) breastfeeding guidelines.

  • Dreamland Coaching follows the American Academy of Pediatrics' safe sleep guidelines.

  • Dreamland Coaching does not provide medical advice or treatment. Clients with medical or nutritional concerns are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider.

  • Dreamland Coaching holds professional indemnity and IICT insurance coverage.

By booking with Dreamland Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
